Vyan Venkatesh is a law clerk in the Corporate Services group at Goodmans.
In this role, he assists with corporate transactional work, primarily ongoing maintenance and corporate filings of OBCA and CBCA entities and searches.
Vyan graduated from Carleton University in 2022, where he studied business law and went on to start his law clerk diploma with the Institute of Law Clerks Ontario in 2023.
