Rachel Summers is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. She is developing a general practice in corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate law matters for both public and private companies.
Rachel obtained her JD/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business.
Prior to joining Goodmans, Rachel summered, articled, and was an associate in the Toronto office of a national law firm.
