• Welltower Inc. and its affiliates with respect to the dissolution of its joint venture arrangements with Revera Inc. involving 95 seniors living assets across 7 Canadian provinces;
• Welltower Inc. in connection with the disposition of several individual retirement home assets;
• RioCan REIT in the closing of several offers of senior unsecured debentures and other related corporate governance matters;
• FAX Real Estate Inc. in connection with several joint venture acquisitions;
• A global real estate developer in connection with its first joint venture development in Canada;
• The Shareholders of Storage Power Solutions, an Ontario-based provider of battery energy storage systems serving the commercial and industrial, utility and EPC end-markets, in connection with the sale of their business to Myers Emergency Power Systems, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company;
• Jigsaw Capital, Clear North Capital and Gestalt Capital in connection with the acquisition of their first 18 Five Guys Burgers & Fries restaurants primarily in Minnesota; and
• Arthur Ventures, a Minneapolis-based growth equity firm that specializes in B2B software, in connection with its $10.5 million Series A financing of Zum Rails.
