Monika is a law clerk in the Corporate Services Group at Goodmans.
In this role, Monika assists with a plethora of corporate transactional work including incorporations, ongoing maintenance of OBCA and CBCA entities, corporate filings and searches. Monika is also experienced with complex securities transactions including facilitating private placements in a variety of markets and maintaining required securities disclosure.
Monika received her Paralegal Graduate Certificate from Centennial College in 2017.
