Jennifer Linde is an associate in the Restructuring Group at Goodmans, which is consistently and widely recognized as Canada’s leading corporate restructuring practice.
Jennifer is developing her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate restructurings and related transactions.
Jennifer received her J.D. from the University of Ottawa. During law school, she was named to the Dean’s Honour List and was selected for internships with the Supreme Court of Canada, the Senate of Canada, and the Department of Justice. Jennifer was also the recipient of the Women General Counsel Canada Award for her commitment to the advancement of women in the legal profession.
Jennifer first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2021 and became an associate at the firm in 2023.
