Ayesha Khanna is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans.
Ayesha is developing a broad practice in civil litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on complex corporate and commercial matters as well as intellectual property.
Ayesha first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2022 and became an associate at the firm in 2024.
Ayesha received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School where she served as Vice President on student government and President of Osgoode Hall Animal Justice. She is passionate about mentorship and acted as an orientation leader and executive, a peer counsellor with the law school’s Career Development Office and a mentor with the Osgoode’s Women’s Network. As a result of her involvement in the law school’s community, Ayesha received the Graduating Student Award for Exceptional Leadership and Osgoode Spirit Award.
Prior to law school, Ayesha completed her undergraduate degree at Western University, where she was a Gold Medalist, achieving the highest standing in her program as well as numerous other awards for academic excellence, including the Western Scholarship of Excellence, Morgantaler Scholarship and Women’s Studies Undergraduate Scholarship.
