Overview

Aryan Pour-Bahreini is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He is building a transaction-based practice wherein he represents both private and public companies. His practice has an emphasis on mergers and acquisition, securities law, corporate finance, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

Aryan attended the joint JD/MBA program at Osgoode Hall Law School where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Aryan first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2020 and became an associate at the firm in 2022.
