Alexis has experience in all facets of commercial real estate including acquisition and disposition of industrial and commercial properties, apartment buildings and retirement homes.
Her responsibilities include title searching, drafting closing documentation, easements, corporate and title opinions and project organization for large national real estate portfolios.
Alexis received her Real Estate Law Clerk certificate from the Institute of Law Clerk of Ontario in 1996 and has been in the legal profession for over 30 years.
