Ryan is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He is developing a broad corporate practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, healthcare regulatory matters, funds, securities law, and corporate governance.
An active member in the Aging & Healthcare practice group, Ryan is the Chair of SenbridGe NEXT by SenbridGe, Goodmans’ platform for educational, networking and publication offerings related to the seniors living and healthcare industries.
