Maureen Buckley is a law clerk in the Banking and Financial Services Group at Goodmans.
She has extensive experience in assisting in asset-based lending, syndicated lending, project financing, senior and subordinated lending, debt restructuring, cross-border secured lending and entertainment financing.
Maureen holds an Honours B.A. (1991) from York University, and received her law clerk diploma from Humber College in 1995. She joined Goodmans in 2000.
