Overview
Maddie is an associate in a Business Law Group at Goodmans. She is developing a broad practice in corporate matters, including, public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity transactions and corporate governance.
Maddie received her J.D. from the University of Windsor, where she finished with the highest standing in her second-year class. During law school, Maddie was the recipient of numerous awards for academic excellence, including, the Teresa Merlo Memorial Award and the Harold G. Fox Bursary. Previously, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, where she was Captain of the Varsity Track and Field team.

- Kent Road Capital on its acquisition of a majority interest in Cube Packaging Solutions Inc., a manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions for restaurant and retail customers.
- Nuvo Pharmaceuticals Inc. d/b/a Miravo Healthcare in relation to its definitive agreement to be acquired by Searchlight Pharma Inc. by way of plan of arrangement
- Carbon Upcycling Technologies, a cleantech startup with carbon capture and utilization technology, in connection with its US$26M Series A round
- Clairvest Group Inc. and its managed funds in its acquisition of a stake in Rogers Insurance Ltd. and CapriCMW Insurance Services Ltd
