Maddie is an associate in a Business Law Group at Goodmans. She is developing a broad practice in corporate matters, including, public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity transactions and corporate governance.
Maddie received her J.D. from the University of Windsor, where she finished with the highest standing in her second-year class. During law school, Maddie was the recipient of numerous awards for academic excellence, including, the Teresa Merlo Memorial Award and the Harold G. Fox Bursary. Previously, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, where she was Captain of the Varsity Track and Field team.
