Overview
Kyle Gerow is a partner in the Banking and Financial Services Group at Goodmans.
His practice focuses on debt finance and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on asset-based loans, commercial finance, acquisition finance, high yield bonds, real estate finance, distressed debt and corporate restructurings. Kyle has particular experience advising clients in the mining and natural resources sectors.
Kyle is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as "One to Watch" for banking and finance law and corporate law, "Up and Coming" by Chambers Canada, and as a "Rising Star" in the 2022 edition of Legal Media Group’s Expert Guides.
