Juliana is a corporate law clerk in the Corporate Services Group at Goodmans. In this role, Juliana assists with corporate transactional work, including due-diligence reviews, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and private company transactions. Juliana is also experienced with general corporate work, including incorporations, dissolutions, amalgamations, continuances, amendments, limited partnerships, extra-provincial registrations and ongoing maintenance of OBCA and CBCA entities.
Juliana graduated from York University in 2016, where she studied criminology and went on to receive her law clerk diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2017. Juliana joined Goodmans in 2017 and is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
