Jay Piett is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He acts for both public and private companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance transactions and shareholder activism.
Jay completed the J.D./H.B.A program at the Richard Ivey School of Business and Western Law School, where he was on the Dean’s List and won the David L. Johnston award in Securities Regulation.
