Jake Hogan

Jake Hogan is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. He has a general practice in corporate and securities law.

Jake advises clients on both public and private mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions. He also regularly advises on securities transactions, including public and private offerings of securities, issuer bids, private equity investments and divestitures and venture capital financings. Jake also assists clients with matters relating to continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance, reorganizations and other corporate and securities law requirements.
