• Cox Automotive Inc. on the sale of Manheim Canada to OPENLANE
• AP IX Alpha Holdings (Lux) S.a r.l., an affiliate of certain funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc., in connection with its take-private of ABC Technologies Holdings Inc.
• Rogers Communications Inc. on the sale of Freedom Mobile Inc. for approximately $2.85 billion in connection with Rogers’ acquisition of Shaw Communications Inc.
• TruArc Partners, L.P. and one of its portfolio companies, Molded Devices, Inc., in connection with its acquisition of GlobalMed Inc., a manufacturer specializing in medical tubing products
• Incline Equity Partners on its acquisition of iWave, a fundraising intelligence solution provider for non-profits
• Ceridian in connection with its acquisition of Ideal, a talent intelligence software provider
• An ad hoc committee of lenders in its acquisition of Cirque du Soleil pursuant to a credit bid under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act for $1.2 billion
• Franco-Nevada Corporation in connection with its acquisition of a portfolio of 24 royalties from Freeport-McMoRan Inc.
• Onex Corporation in its acquisition of WestJet Airlines Ltd. for $5 billion

• Coeur Mining Inc. in connection with various private placements of flow-through shares
• The underwriters in connection with FG Acquisition Corp.'s US$115 million initial public offering and listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange
• AP IX Alpha Holdings (Lux) S.a r.l., an affiliate of certain funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc., in connection with ABC Technologies Holdings Inc.’s (i) rights offering for gross proceeds of $336.9 million, and (ii) private placement to AP IX Alpha Holdings (Lux) S.a r.l. and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.
• Hudbay Minerals Inc. in connection with its offering of US$600 million senior notes
• The underwriters and agents on various follow-on public offerings, including those by Brookfield Corporation and Fire & Flower Holdings Corp.
