Ali Richardson is Co-Director, Legal Talent at Goodmans.
Working with Co-Director Michel Lederman, Ali and Michel lead the firm’s legal talent and management efforts, responsible for all aspects of our student, associate and law clerk programs including managing recruitment, mentorship, professional development and advancement, and performance management.
Ali is actively involved in a variety of the firm’s other important initiatives, including those related to diversity, equity and inclusion, engagement, retention and training.
Ali summered and articled at Goodmans before practicing corporate law for several years as an associate. She received her B.A. from Western University, her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014.
