Chris Baxter is a partner in the Tax Group at Goodmans. His practice focuses on all aspects of income and commodity taxation that arise in corporate and commercial transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, public offerings, financings, debt restructurings and real estate transactions.
Danielle Levesque is a partner in a business law group at Goodmans. Her practice focuses on advising emerging companies in connection with venture financings, M&A and corporate and commercial law matters, with a main focus on technology companies.
Josh Zelikovitz is a partner in the Competition and Foreign Investment Group at Goodmans. Josh advises on all aspects of Canadian competition law, including mergers, behavioural matters and corporate compliance. Josh also advises on mergers subject to the Investment Canada Act and the Canada Transportation Act.
