Goodmans Awarded at the IFLR Americas Awards 2024

We are proud to announce Goodmans has been honoured at the IFLR Americas Awards 2024.

Loan Deal of the Year – Finastra Group refinancing
Goodmans acted for Finastra International Limited in the full refinancing of its existing credit facilities and restructuring of its capital structure.

Goodmans was also shortlisted for the following awards.

Restructuring Deal of the Year – LoyaltyOne
Goodmans acted as counsel to the KSV Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as court-appointed monitor of LoyaltyOne, Co., and was also recently awarded Insolvency and Restructuring Deal of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Law Awards for our work on this restructuring deal.

National Law Firm of the Year: Canada
Goodmans was shortlisted as National Law Firm of the Year: Canada, an award that recognizes firms for having the best track record of working on the most innovative cross-border transactions in Canada in 2023.

IFLR Americas Awards 2024
