Tricon Residential Inc.’s $300 Million equity investment by an investor syndicate led by Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust

Goodmans LLP acted for Tricon Residential Inc. (TSE: TCN) in connection with a $300 million equity investment by an investor syndicate led by Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT).

The syndicate purchased $300 million worth of newly-issued preferred equity units in a subsidiary of Tricon, $240 million of which was purchased by BREIT.
