Street Capital Group Agrees to be Acquired by RFA Capital

Goodmans LLP is representing Street Capital Group Inc. (“Street Capital”) in connection with its definitive agreement to be acquired by RFA Capital Holdings Inc. (“RFA Capital”). The arrangement agreement outlines that RFA Capital will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Street Capital for an aggregate of approximately $85 million.
