PROPELR Growth Fund’s investment in software portfolio company Valsoft Corporation

Goodmans acted for PROPELR Growth Fund in connection with its participation in a US$150 million investment in software portfolio company Valsoft Corporation.

Valsoft Corp. is a Montreal-based software rollup that acquires 20 to 25 small software companies annually with the goal of increasing its acquired companies' revenues and profits. The deal values Valsoft at more than US$2 billion and this investment will further accelerate Valsoft’s expansion in the vertical market software sector.

Portage Capital Solutions and Viking Global Investors led the deal.
