Madison Properties Inc. Redevelopments at Yonge and Eglinton

Goodmans LLP is acting for Madison Properties Inc. in connection with various high-profile redevelopments near the intersection of Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue in the City of Toronto.

This work has included development approvals for sites at 50/60 Eglinton Avenue West, 90 Eglinton Avenue East, 150 Eglinton Avenue East and 2500 Yonge Street  (northwest corner of Yonge Street and Castlefield Avenue) with mixed use buildings having heights of 32 storeys, 52 storeys and 46 storeys, respectively.
