LoyaltyOne cross-border restructuring

Goodmans LLP is counsel to KSV Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as court-appointed monitor of LoyaltyOne, Co. in its restructuring proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act before the Ontario Superior Court (Commercial List). 

LoyaltyOne, together with its wholly owned subsidiary LoyaltyOne Travel Services Co./Cie Des Voyages LoyaltyOne, operates the marketing program known as the AIR MILES® Reward Program. The AIR MILES® Reward Program is Canada’s oldest and most recognized coalition marketing program, with over 10 million active consumer accounts. Consumers enrolled in the program can earn reward miles at more than 300 leading Canadian, global, and online brands and at thousands of retail and service locations across the country. LoyaltyOne and Travel Services are subsidiaries of Loyalty Ventures Inc., which is publicly listed on the NASDAQ, and through certain of its other subsidiaries, also operates the Netherlands-based “BrandLoyalty” business.
