GTCR Completes Privatization of Global Traffic Network
Goodmans acted as Canadian counsel to GTCR, a leading Chicago-based private equity firm in its acquisition by tender offer of all the outstanding shares of Global Traffic Network, Inc. at $14 per share for approximately US$267 million.

Global Traffic Network is a leading global provider of outsourced information content to radio and television stations. Global Traffic Network has core traffic operations in Australia, Canada and the UK and a mobile traffic and weather application in the United States and Canada.
