Nando De Luca is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Groups at Goodmans. His practice focuses on intellectual property and related disputes in the pharmaceutical industry, including under the Patent Act, the Trademarks Act and the Patent Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
He also has considerable experience in regulatory disputes involving various levels and departments of government under the Food and Drugs Act, the Food and Drug Regulations and provincial drug formulary regimes established in the provinces under statute and regulations.
Nando is part of the Goodmans team representing drug manufacturers and distributors in a series of class actions instituted in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec.
Nando has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, in the Federal Courts, the Quebec Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
